Order Processing Time

All orders for our portable blenders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer fast, reliable shipping across the country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

• Tracking: Every order includes real-time tracking updates so you can follow your blender's journey right to your door.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at delivery@blend-buddy.us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake in your address after placing an order, email us immediately at delivery@blend-buddy.us before your items are shipped.
