Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Blend-Buddy! We want you to love your new portable blender. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your portable blender must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging (including the USB charging cable and manual).

How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply email our team at returns@blend-buddy.us. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be initiated by contacting our support team via email first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your blender arrives damaged or isn't working properly right out of the box, please contact us immediately at returns@blend-buddy.us with a photo or short video of the issue so we can send you a free replacement right away.
